That'd be cool. For the current MCU, Iron Man, Bruce Banner, Black Panther, Doctor Strange, Nick Fury, and Hank Pym would all qualify as likely members. Black Bolt and Medusa possibly after the Inhumans film.

Wild fan speculation/wishing: What if they introduced Victor VonDoom as a member/potential member of the Illuminati? Even just a name drop. That would be a crazy way to announce that Marvel and Fox had come to some sort of agreement about the FF. They could also use Reed, but he's just some scientist we haven't seen before. Von Doom could be a powerful monarch or something.

I know this is ridiculous. And yet...
