Before I get into Sweet Tooth, are there any onscreen dates via newspaper, files, etc?
 
I am getting really confused as to when in the 70s the "Then" flashbacks in the Pennyworth comic are. I might move it to 1976 however, since the Gotham: Dawn of Darkness tie-in novel insinuates that Alfred became the Wayne butler when Bruce just turned 2 years old (Feb. 1977). So far there is no indication as to when he joins the Waynes after quitting MI5, so I will just go with the comic's "Then" in at least late 1976.

The only issue with bringing the Gotham book into the fold means there is the issue of yet another true love of Alfie mentioned: Gabrielle Brument. But in the comics we have Shirley, who is also blonde like Gabrielle's description, and serves the same role...except Gabrielle is shot in the head by Russian goons in the novel and Shirley just goes MIA for over 40 years. Assuming that "Shirley" is a nickname like "Daveboy" that Alfred attributes to his colleagues, I will chalk up the death by headshot wound fate as a pre-Crisis part of Alfred's history.

In terms of Pennyworth/Gotham connections, a friend of mine I talk with a lot brought up the idea of the Lucius Fox we see in Pennyworth could be Lucius Fox Sr. as opposed to the Lucius Fox (Jr., the 2nd?) that would go onto work at Wayne Enterprises. Hence why Alfred doesn't recognize Lucius in Gotham, although it was his father he met in the 60s/70s.
 
Might make a Human Target timeline. The 2010 version btw, since there are onscreen dates.

Just to be sure... I don't usually put timestamps, just the amount of days that pass in an episode. So I skimmed through the first episode just to better place what I already had.

Is this a good example of what you're looking for? (I've never made a timeline like this)
