Currently reading #7. Unless I'm missing somthing, pages 16 to 24 should be placed in March 6th, due to Dian's journal.

SMT #9, and a mention of St. Patrick's Day party on a Saturday.

Googling it shows that St. Patrick's Day was on March 17th in 1938, a Thursday... which means that the Saturday in question likely would be the 19th.

March 13th (likely the same weekend that Dian mentioned at the end of SMT #8)

March (Anytime between the 14th and 17th)
Sandman Mystery Theatre #9 ("The Brute (Act One)" pg. 8-9)

March 18th (Due to Larry's meeting with Ramsey taking place the next night, these pages have to be the night before)

March 19th (St. Patrick Day falls on March 17th, but since Reisling mentioned the party being on a Saturday, this is the only day that works)

The first panel in SMT #10 features a poster for the movie Bringing Up Baby, which was originally released in February 1938.


The first page also has a panel make reference to Flash Gordon's Trip to Mars, though curiously, the serial didn't release until March 21st IRL (whereas the opening pages take place the same night [March 19th] that SMT #9 ended), though much like the reference to The Little Foxes in SMT #4, we could assume that the serial released a few days earlier in the Veritgo universe.

Okay, so Dian has a different dress on than the one at the party. Though, we could presume she changed outfits before going to the theatre with Carol. (SMT #10)
