Honestly, Doctor Who seemed like the only 60s cultural icon that was not in this universe, so in a way feels like he belongs here. But yeah, I can see that it seems too much to add. Also would that imply that Marvel's Earth-5556 is DC's Live Action Earth-66?

This is from Solo #7, a series of standalone stories delivered from an individual writer, given the chance to make whatever they want. This particular one is a story about the 1966 Batman.

Most of the story didn't happen, as it was in Bruce's nightmare, but it's still influenced by reality, and Superman and the Justice League (Legends of the Superheroes) do exist by the time it takes place.

I don't see why there wouldn't be two versions of Earth-66: one in the Arrowverse multimedia multiverse, which is the one we saw in Crisis, which doesn't include the Batman '66 comics in its continuity and where George Reeves' Superman has his own chronoball; and one in the comics multiverse, which is the one we see every time Adam West interacts with the main Batman in the comics, including Batman '66 in its continuity and the George Reeves series.
