Batman is unfamiliar with the multiverse in Batman Vol. 3 #135, so I take it that the Brave and the Bold cameo is set afterwards.
There's a season 3 episode of The Avengers, "The Charmers", where a Soviet agent tells Cathy she used to be "second from the top" of their wanted list "right behind J.B."The Avengers is much more progressive with its depiction of women. Cathy Gale kicks ass, throws more punches than Batgirl or Catwoman did in the 1966 show honestly. She isn't a love interest either, she's Steed's partner. Tracy from OHMSS is actually Emma Peel's actress which is really cool.
I had a brief thought about the reboots being connected. They're not but it's fun to think about. What if the Craig Bond films and the Man From Uncle movie are in the same universe?
I assumed it was contemporary, I didn't know it was set in the 1960s, so, actually, maybe it is? I'll look into it.It kind of works as a prequel though since it shows the origins of how the characters meet
One year before the tv series begins...If I remember correctly, it's in 1963 or sth like that
Because of THRUSH? Yeah, that's a thing. It's just a reference though, not a character crossover and it's not too important for this timeline. That's also more comedy than anything too, but there's a point to be made there, yes. What about Get Smart with Steve Carrell
