DC Extended Universe / DC Universe - Timeline

Also, I noticed Baseball flags when Superman saves the kid from the Kaiju. So it's baseball season.

So somewhere between March and October.

But also, Economos' leg has been broken for, what, a whole year? lmao

Thats sold for me the fact that the events of TSS and Peacemaker happen lately in this timeline. We don't know what happen in the canon version of those movies so we don't have nothing to find a canon placement. I assume that CC is in 2024

Or earlier, if the 74 years line by G.I. Robot is any indication this may be set in 2019 lmao.

exactly, we still dont really know anything solid, other than "around 2 years ago" events similar to what was seen in the suicide squad occurred (which is even somewhat disputed with the date found on the phone in the movie saying 2020 but gunn saying it takes place in "the year it came out", 2021) and recently enough for economos' leg to still be injured and healing events similar to what was seen in peacemaker occurred, although not likely imo gunn could be shifting the timeline entirely

Can Blue Beetle be adjusted to be optional to either 2022 or 2023 since we don't really know what year it's supposed to be? I took the following notes on the film:

- Jaime Reyes can be seen wearing a hoodie that reads "Gotham Law".

- A reporter can be heard in the background talking about Bruce Wayne and his recent acquisition of a popular app. "And in other news, Gotham City millionaire tycoon Bruce Wayne just bought social media platform Twitter for a whopping $70 billion dollars."

- The following references to other heroes are made in the film: "Like Superman in Metropolis or The Flash in Central City". "You can't fly. Superman can fly." "Like, look at this. It's like Batman's stuff, but…like if he had ADHD or something." and "Batman's a fascist."

A "LEXCOR" building can be briefly seen next to the Kord tower. Seeing how in the recent "Superman" trailer, Lex Luthor's company is LUTHORCORP, I think it's safe to say they are not in the same continuity because of this detail alone.

So it's some Hypertime/timeline split/new universe scenario akin to what I theorized with Superman & Lois.
Similar elements shared but each veer off in their own direction.
