Does "Thursday, October 31st" work in the context of it being the year Bruce's parents died? Instead of that day he would monologue, just more-or-less remembrance?

2002 had a October 31st on a Thursday.
 
The MAX timestamps for Penguin ep 1 are confusing due to the ad at the start and the one after the credits.

I did it for you. Starting when the HBO logo appears after the opening ad, I subtracted the runtime of said ad.

November 13
Penguin 1x01, "After Hours" (0:00:00 - 0:21:29)

November 14
Penguin 1x01, "After Hours" (0:21:30 - 0:56:14)

November 15
Penguin 1x01, "After Hours" (0:56:15 - 1:03:48)
 
I still have to correct the Alfred timeline, since I didn't take into account that the explosion that hospitalised him was long before Bruce was driving towards Wayne Tower... and the Riddler comics, but man, they're really weird.
 
I just take it to be a casual fuck-up. It happens, I guess it's 2022 and unfortunately this makes Batman kinda stupid, as well as the phone in The Penguin using dates that match with 2019.
 
i didn't notice any indication of how much time has passed since the first film, and this film seems to take place over a matter of weeks, although months could have passed from when he first meets lee to when the trial begins
