Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion (spoilers)

Well.

****.

Again.

You know, I used to think Suzaku's "to live" command meant his body would just force him to make a move he didn't want to make, not warp his mind to become a *******.

Seriously.

I mean I guessed that he was going to use the Freya weapon, but ******* I was not prepared for the results of it.

Eh, I didn't feel the emotional impact over the ultimate weapon being launched. I think this series has a big problem with having too much stuff and character going on at once that at times it's hard to follow. I still liked it though

I disagree, I really enjoy all the shock factors. I like the fact that not everyone walks away from every battle. If they did, it would just be irresponsible story telling. I just hate how Rolo survived "somehow." And the ninja maid was awesome, so that sucked as well.

I'll finish my thinking later.

I like how the status quo does change, it's that we have so many characters and small subplots going on at once that don't get a lot of time to be flushed out we don't always get proper build up. Sometimes this is great, other times like the bomb it reduces the emotional impact it should have

"Betrayal" was awesome. Not one episode after the big bomb destroys Lelouch's reason for fighting we get a whole new status quo and another big time character bites the dust.

And Suzaku appears to have lost his fragile little mind.

Good stuff.

Indeed. It's only a matter of time before Suzaku starts carving smiles onto peoples faces with a knife and doing magic pencil tricks.

yeah what gets me most is that I was under the impression that Suzaku was no longer under Lelouch's geass.

Indubitably.

Nice.

Yeah I know which just perplexes me even more.

What do you mean? In season one it was shown that people under the Geass would continue to carry out their instructions until:

1) The task is complete.
2) They are dead.
3) The Geass is broken (like with Shirley).
4) Probably when Lelouch is dead.

Since Suzaku has the very vague "Live on" command, and has so far been unable to meet any of the criteria to dispel it.

I could have sworn Lelouch's dad explaining he had known each of lelouch's victims and had their geass reversed.
