So two Riddlers in the new continuation novels/comics with different names. There's no issue with that, just interesting.

Maybe but considering we just had a book with a Joker imposter I wonder if he would repeat the idea. Sure the Joker was dead and motivations would be different… not sure.

Maybe Edward Nygma is just using this other guy as surrogate.

edit regardless of who that is in Arkham in Echos that is years in the future. Curious how specific this will be. Without restricting future stories. Whether in another book or more comics.
