Assistance In Collecting No Man's Land

I would like to collect the entire No Man's Land event. However, I am struggling to find a reading order that does not neglect side stories preluding or adjacent to NML, for example Nightwing #30 as relayed in an advert within the main comic. I have researched omnibuses, but I see there is a varying opinion on whether these collections actually feature all issues tied to the crossover event. While it may be impossible to collect them all twenty plus years into the present, what would be a definitive timeline of all issues tied to NML and what collections should I look out for in order to have them in my personal collection?
