Marvel Cinematic Universe - Timeline (Part 3)

But the MCU movies are a movie interpretation of the comics, yet do not reference the comic events (as in "This transpired before the movie events")

Marvel Cinematic Universe - Timeline (Part 3)

A sequel to Loki AND Deadpool & Wolverine. I do agree that after watching that video that was posted that the creator's comments do not help with placing it in canon. Calling it a comic interpretation of the MCU TVA is weird as hell, considering it keeps referencing events that happened in the...

Marvel Cinematic Universe - Timeline (Part 3)

I would actually really like a list of the TVA cameos. Can you share it?

Oh, I haven't seen the video yet. Will watch later

I haven't seen any quotes of that?

Marvel Cinematic Universe - Timeline (Part 3)

Just because it's not MCU Wanda does not mean the comic isn't canon, though.

Marvel Cinematic Universe - Timeline (Part 3)

The difference is Feige is involved with the comics side and also spoke on the comic indicating it's the same TVA. That in combination with Marvel and the creator saying it takes place after Loki and Deadpool and Wolverine, the story itself placing itself in canon and now the artist confirming...

Marvel Cinematic Universe - Timeline (Part 3)

No, but it's another thing that points to it be canon

I saw those comments on the Marvel Studios reddit post where the artist post was shared.

Marvel Cinematic Universe - Timeline (Part 3)

This is "The tv shows aren't canon!" all over again. It's actually hilarious. "It's not canon until it's confirmed by the movies." Why are people like this?

Marvel Cinematic Universe - Timeline (Part 3)

I think "A hero looks like you" is supposed to be after Brave New World. The only indication I have for this is that Sam is wearing his dark blue uniform he gets later in the movie. I can't quite remember if Sam encountered SERPENT before BNW. If not, that's would definitely place it after.

It fits with the Shang-Chi and Wakanda Forever kids books. They have the same style and are also considered canon.

Marvel Cinematic Universe - Timeline (Part 3)

True. That's how I see it. It also doesn't come with the baggage of something like X-Men '97 having decades old episodes that weren't planned to be a part of the MCU Multiverse.

Marvel Cinematic Universe - Timeline (Part 3)

One thing I haven't seen mentioned yet regarding YFNS is that Avengers Campus in Disneyland was going to have a ride focused on the (MCU) multiverse, which involved YFNS as a character. To me, that does point towards a MCU adjacent timeline akin to What if (Cap Carter is in it too)

Marvel Cinematic Universe - Timeline (Part 3)

There's an additional story that takes place after Civil War. Regarding BNW; I'm pretty sure it conflicts with Fury's big week, unfortunately.

The only other indication we have is DeMayo saying it's part of another tree of which branches could cross branches of the sacred timeline.

Marvel Cinematic Universe - Timeline (Part 3)

I think the most important thing to consider is Feige is now also in control of Marvel Comics. That was something that missed before when TV and Studios were both separate. So he definitely is the one making/approving the choice of making our TVA the main one and having known characters pop up...

Marvel Cinematic Universe - Timeline (Part 3)

Personally, I'd like the TVA and the Kahhori comics added, since they (primarily) follow characters from the MCU. And for me, a timeline is only complete if all entries that add more context or lore to the main (or shall we say "sacred") timeline are added, so I don't miss anything (both as...
