Giancarlo's character in Captain America: Brave New World showed his birthdate was in 1969 with his age being 55 (aka 2024).

My headcanon took that as Seth Voelker being dead by 2024 and his recently dead body became possessed by the disembodied spirit of Red Skull (freed from Vormir after the Soul Stone was retrieved)...but I guess they stopped paying attention to the in-canon year actually.
