Lost *spoilers*

I thought the writing was noticeably better and wittier. Could it be because it was.....Brian K Vaughan's first script?!!!

Yes. I certainly noticed all his trademark writing styles, and the episode was all the better for it.

2 kwik kwestions tho:

1) Was it just me or did they never actually see the RED light that Desmond saw in his vision? All I saw was a helicopter crash into the water and a WHITE light (the parachuter) falling out of the sky. And how the heck did she get all the way over to falling into the middle of the island if the helicopter fell into the sea?

2) Don't you think that Kate and Sawyer didn't actually DO it, since they now know what happens to pregnant women on the island?

Loved the nice Easter Egg with Ms. Hawking.

I think it was just you. I remember them seeing the red light over the jungle outside his vision, and when we saw the body hanging from the tree there were red flashing lights in a beacon around her neck. And she was probably flying over the island in the direction of the sea when they first heard it;so she ejected over the island, and the copter crashed out at sea.

Adjust the color on your TV, dude. The emergency beacon was bright red.

Yeah, because before they knew, Kate wouldn't have worried about that at all.

Sawyer's probably got plenty of condoms stashed in his tent.

It was hard for me to see too. Although, I was watching off of a recording from my VCR.

I don't know, man. I just watched the same scene on my computer today, and I still couldn't see the red. I saw 5 white flashes (all the same thing though) at different heights, since it was falling through the clouds. But I will watch the episode again, just to be sure.

Do you think this new person is going to join the cast then? I mean, now that she's crashed, where else would she go? To the Others?

She'll probably die before she can tell them anything significant.

Wikipedia has some basic info for the final episodes, which reveal that the new arrival must stay alive long enough to reveal some secret about the flight.

I'm looking forward to Locke recruiting Sawyer.

I hate this show.
Is it because Jack got shot? :p
