I didn't know where to put this because it's all about the new universe so i made a new topic.
First things first, i was a little behind on the Ultimate Universe as i was reading it through in order using DIrishB's timeline, thanks again. So today i read the new issues of the new series, and well, let's say i love them!
Ultimate Comics: Spider-Man is the best so far and im really enjoying the new supporting cast and how they fit in. Bendis is fantastic at writing this dynamic between characters. When the action comes out, i miss reading on the characters everyday lives. I wish they were two seperate series. An Ultimate Comics: Amazing Friends series which would just be about the characters, no villians, little pwers etc and then an Ultimate Comics: Spider-Man would carry on the dynamic but would include the villains and powers etc. That idea is a little silly, but if done right it could work. I don't know.
Ultimate Comics: Avengers is also great. I like the story so far and Millar knows how to write the characters we like. I want to see where this story build up is going to take us.
Ultimate Comics: Armor Wars is fantastic. The good thing about this is that it's a simple plot. (someone steals Starks Iron Man designs etc) but it is done in a complex way.
The only thing that bugs me the most is continuity. I read somewhere that they were going to keep the continuity tight and will be all intertwined. However they are sets months apart. Oh well.
Oh and P.S Lafuente is the best artist Ultimate Spider-Man has seen. I love his Mary Jane!
