Signed starwars how to get it graded

I received this Star Wars #1 EMP Museum Cover variant from a customer as a thank you
It's in amazing shape signed by they said the artist
Not sure who's signature it is
Any one know we're or how I can have it appraised and graded
If some one knows how to upload the image I will gladly do so

I would up load but can't I can upload a url were I have found the comic just not signed with value try to get it appraised I need money to reimstat my license to support my family if any one know a good place near Seattle washington would be greatly appreciated
