Is anyone else reading these? I really didn't care for the Fantastic Four one but the Spider-Man one was shockingly good with a really strong ending. If Slott ever leaves Spider-Man Sean Ryan should get a chance. I was very surprised.

Fantastic Four was meh, but it had great art.

These all pick up like they're the final issue of a story arc that is being published in the future. The Spider-Man one started with Kingpin, having just killed Eddie Brock, revealing his plans for this new symbiote, wearing it, and then fighting Spider-Man. That's not a spoiler, it's just in case you hadn't seen the cover. Had fantastic art in addition to being well written.

The X-Men special was decent. Seemed like it should've been longer to properly understand some of the scenes better. I liked how it sort of tied to the current status of the X-Men books. The art was good, too.

So far Spider-Man's been the best one.

I really liked the start of the X-Men one but then it just kind of went off into something totally different and it just fell flat for me. I think including THAT character was a bad idea.
