Looking everywhere for a conquering hero comic book cover???

I'm a novice yet massive comic book fan. As part of a gift I am getting put together for an old friend, I would love to find a comic, irregardless of the main character, that shows a conquering hero standing over a pile of defeated foes.

Anyone know of such a comic book cover?
