Am I the only one that takes a break from tv shows all together? Then...take breaks from movies? I feel as if I'm the only one.

I try to take breaks sometimes. It's good to fast and refocus on what's important.

It is. I mean I can and have done both but it's better to actually focus on a certain medium. You do have to have a side craft but it's good to go back and fourth. Like you said, you focus on what's important
