You don't count Lost in Space but you count serveral other appearances that aren't fully licensed.

If it's tv cameos I'll usually count them because I feel they're a bit different than just drawing a character in a comic as a cameo. Otherwise you have to count Earth 616 and Earth Prime for a Jay and Silent Bob timeline
