Can't argue with you there, but this is Bendis we're talking about. Peter also seems to think that Gwen being Carnage is perfectly fine too, and Carnage is a man. I wouldn't have changed MJ to begin with. Bendis seems to want to ignore the obvious actions to push the melodrama.

Yeah, but 616 has always adopted a "If your spider-sense is blaring, MOVE!" mentality. It's saved his *** many times. I think Bendis just ignores Spider-sense this time around if it doesn't suit his plot dynamics, which most of the time suck. :lol:
