I gave it 3/5. That's my score for UIM alone. My rating for it having seen who Tony Stark is supposed to become would be lower, but I tried to ignore that, since sometime in the next five issues I'm still hoping we see Tony Stark wake up in a cold sweat and say "What a dream! Brain body? WTF?"...

I agree - no gender is better - but i think it's less of a change to switch a robot's gender, cuz... it's a robot. They could have made daredevil into a woman.... I never read much 616 Fantastic Four, so I didn't realize. Thanks for pointing that out. Alright then - they have no excuse at all.

Two continuity mistakes in six pages?! ouch. Given that I would have USM#86 without the vision back story, I can't complain too much. Fairly simple so far, but thats six pages what can you expect. get the impression that Vision appears feminine because that way it's a change from 616...

I think so too, I mean it's pretty hard for it to be an accident. I also think it can be a cool idea, I just don't think it has to go on this long, so I'm hoping issue ten will turn a corner. Me too. Who wants to see Namor as the traitor? :twisted:

I read them all. There's a couple I could live without (The Ultimates and Ultimate Iron Man), but I read them anyway, and probably will continue to do so because I'm just that sad.

Personally, I'd rather see it include other characters. I'd hate if it meant exclusively Ultimates readers are left out of the loop, so I'd like to see it self-contaned plot-wise (ie. even if cap was really mystique, and which i doubt, have her introduced in a way that she becomes an ultimates...

So, back to the question of how Magneto is getting his info (sorry, I just read the issue), I'm going to throw out a crazy theory, just for giggles. We know Cap has been visiting Magneto, which seems out of character. What if it was actually Mystique in Cap's form? A long shot, since surely...
