In my chronological rewatch we watched Deadpool first, then New Mutants, then Logan and finally Deadpool 2 and I personally think that it is the best way of watching them

I don't think it is on Red Skull in Infinity War's level, I think it is something that can be expected but can still be in doubt. I have theorized about it for a long time but I always knew there was a possibility it didn't happen. I think it could fit on Tobey and Andrew in No Way Home's level.

I think it could easilly be retconned and take the film's version of that event as canon

I think that they could also include Cyborg to make a difference from Titans where he wasn't a part of the Titans and the DCEU where he was in the Justice League

I think that the correct thing would be that either they do the same as Deadpool and become a part of the MCU or Secret Wars combines both universes, but honestly the best would be that Spider-Man's rights go to Disney

I just had a thought that if Venom: The Last Dance is a Multiverse-related film (probably through Symbiotes' hive mind) they could find a way that Vulture appears and it's pulled back to the MCU, but honestly that would work better in a film focussed on the conclusion...

Honestly, while I agree that Sony doesn't know what to do with Spider-Man's rights, I am someone that really liked Madame Web. I don't have much expectatives for Kraven and think it will be fine, but if Sony fails with this Venom film which appears to be the last one, I will be greatly dissapointed.
