the other worst thing was when my dad accidently threw out my comics collection as a kid along with all of my baseball cards one day. that sucked.

i'm afraid that if i voted for anything other than loeb i will get banned. but seriously, loeb is pretty not great.

i'm still trying to figure out the point of nerd hulk. he doesn't serve much of a purpose as a character on his own or within the context of the story.

your second point is much easier said than done with the sheer number of titles and continuity floating around i think it would be difficult to fit those items into the story organically

this is probably one of my favorite if not THE favorite elseworld's tale

it feels good to be excited about a new mortal kombat game...

is blue beetle a character that anyone outside of comics would recognize? it would take some amount of work to bring in the non-comics audience i would think.

i would read a mini-series of the x-club. they are such a random group of characters that work well off of each other and this one-shot was great.

i'm a fan of ellis and his crazy science but i feel that this run has some good ideas but not great execution. i don't know, feels like ellis is kind of phoning it in. the art is also taking sometime to get used to.

he's a dude who likes to do crosswords in airports and murder rich people that may or may not be bad.

that didn't really sit well with me either. i did like hawkeye attempting to reachout to punisher and punisher not caring at all.
