I write on the line above it and I make sure that text starts without being coloured in. When you create a new line and the text isn't coloured, it means that it doesn't carry any of the code. Then you write it out from scratch. Since it doesn't include any copied glitched code and is considered a completely new original line, I can't see it glitching.
