really glad for this, been dreading branching too far from the G1 stuff i've mostly stuck to and the aligned timeline was just NOT clear at all about what is or isnt canon to what. Are the novels any good? watching game playthroughs for them yesterday and they keep alluding to those events and i was always a sucker for IDW's road to war period
