Additionally, in Inside Out, according to Riley's username on the Chat Master program shown in the film, she was born on January 22, 2003. Given that she is eleven during the events of the film, that would place the main events in 2014, the epilogue in 2015, and the events of the second film in 2016. I know it's contradictory to her alleged appearance in Finding Dory, but one can easily assume that is most likely just an easter egg.

I’m not going to explain the Ratatouille reasoning again, I’ve done it countless times by people who just assume I messed up big time. The Inside Out one I will consider, though

I may have came across as passive aggressive here, that was definitely not my intention. I just get tired of having to explain the same thing again and again

I also understand your reasoning with “just an Easter Egg” but the foundation of the Pixar Theory is Easter Eggs, so it would be counter-intuitive to ignore them when it seems fit. I am going to put some thought into Inside Out, though, as it is clearly meant to be set in the 2010s, and I never really liked the “Incredibles is retro-futuristic, so they just advanced technology faster” explanation. It did what it had to, though it rarely sat well with me

I’ve changed the Inside Out placement to those years, since it does jut work better. If I’m excusing art errors, I can excuse a single character being where they shouldn’t. It also works better for my “Riley is Soul 1” theory.

I also upped Riley’s First Date, as it’s clearly set shortly after the epilogue
