DC's Earth-66 - Timeline

The calendars in The Avengers are so annoying. The month in 2x22 starts on a Sunday and has 31 days, which matches July 1962 and December 1963. July is impossible, but December!? That's crazy, that's literally during S3. I mean... I guess that's fine? 2x07 places itself in December 1962 and then the next episode is October 1962, so the dates on this show are quite BS.

Oh, certainly. 2x08 is before 2x07. BS, in this case, doesn't mean wrong. Some feel nonsensical and ridiculous, like... December 1963?

Good thing that the Doctor is a confirmed multiversal (omniversal) traveller, with noted travels to the Marvel Universe, the Fallout Universe, and even a disastrous visit to Assassin's Creed Universe leading to the TARDIS being trapped and an unknown individual being killed inside. ;)

My speculation would be that this was easier pre-time war, when Gallifrey was at its technological peak, since when the Doctor and his companions fell through a crack in the Void in 2005 S2, they seemed to believe they were trapped in that parallel universe.

Looks like maybe Peter Davison's Doctor, based on the TARDIS having a pyramid roof and the blond figure walking towards it.
TARDIS wiki says it's the Third Doctor. Probably because of the lab coat. Though based on the 66 date, it should be Hartnell or Troughton.

The Doctor can time travel anyway, so it's not like the Doctor we saw in the comic has to be the current one in terms of real world history at the time. Plus, it's not actually set in 1966. The comics just didn't pay attention and went with that for all of them.

Wait… Freaking Fallout?

I guess that's true. I'm almost positive they would have done a full on Batman '66 meets Doctor Who if they could have.
Pertwee probably would be the best Doctor to meet Adam West Batman now that I'm thinking about it. That was the camp era.

Also the Transformers multiverse, with the deathshead stuff.
